Order Processing
Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-5 days to let you
know your order is on the way!

Domestic Shipping Charges & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. These are based on order subtotals after all promotions, discounts and/or coupons are applied. Depending on your state and/or zip code, additional taxes on delivery fees may apply.

We offer the following options.

Order Processing & Shipping Details

US & Puerto Rico

All of our orders are processed Mondays through Fridays, excluding any Holidays.  We use USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the delivery method that each customer wishes to choose at checkout. Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.


International

We currently do not have international shipping. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately in order for us to correct it before processing the order. Once the order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at contact@sarangony.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
